Thinking will not increase your power of thought.

Most people know how strongly I believe it the power of thought, but thought should not be confused with thinking.

Power of thought controls how we react to things, how we 'think' about things and where our lives go. As many of you know I have been trying to master thought. And through thought, I have made many positive physical and mental changes in my life.

I believe in the power of thought, I believe it can change anything, but you have to believe it to make it happen for you.

Thinking is completely different story. With thinking we are trying to solve. There's worry and solutions and plans. Thinking of a problem rarely solves it, it prolongs the problem, it creates and complicates the problem and as we constantly think about the problem it can become our lives.

Power of thought, controls worry. Nothing can control our lives but our thoughts about what is happening, you do not need to solve all of your problems, you only need to solve the way you think about your problems and magically all of your problems disappear.

Scientifically proven, thoughts have vibrations and those vibrations, because of the law of attraction, will attract more of the same vibration.

If you make everything a problem by thinking it's a problem, you will by the law of nature attract more problems.

Life is constantly moving, constantly changing, it is up and down and back and forth. This is not a problem, the problem is you think this is a problem.

We need times of being broke, if you are never broke you will never appreciate money. We need bad relationships so we know when we have a good one. We need sick to know well. We need the experiences and as long as we fight and stress about experiences we will suffer.

You can end all suffering right this very second. You end it not by solving your problems or changing or getting others to change but by being ok with who each of us are. You get it by completely accepting the circumstances and realizing this too will pass. This is the power of thought, it's accepting all things. Following your heart not your mind.

In thinking you will try to figure out what others are thinking and feeling, you will decide how life should be and suffer because it isn't that way. Thinking will lead you deeper into your head not your heart.

If you are suffering, if you are unhappy, depressed, even if you are sick, you can end it this very minute, you can become free and happy, quiet your mind, stop wishing and thinking life should be different. This is how it is, make the most of it and as you do, as you stop thinking everything is wrong, it will become right, your vibration will attract more right. Stop fighting your life, love it, own it, take charge of it, not by thinking, analyzing and planning, but by quietly accepting, graciously giving and always ALWAYS finding things to be thankful for.

Living Drama Free

Do you hate drama? Have you cut people out of your life because of their drama? Did it make your life drama free?

Drama is a lot easier to avoid then most people realize. The first step is to remove the “me” from the situation. Every thing a person says, thinks, or does is about them.

It’s how our brains work. No matter how hard we try, we can only see from one point of view, our own. When someone talks about you, it’s not about you, it’s about them, their fear of rejection, their sense of self through their limited opinion, and how what you did affected them. Their behavior causes a reaction in us and the reaction is drama.

Avoiding drama does not mean we let people use us. If someone’s drama is too much, don’t go out with them, don’t contact them, but you know what? You don’t have to tell them off either. They will fall away - when you let them, when you don’t react, don’t fight back and stop talking about it. If you do fight back, talk about it or react then the vibration stays with you and brings more situations that make you feel just as bad.

We are vibrational beings and when vibrations do not match up they repel. It’s the law of attraction. People who like drama want reaction, want fight. If you don’t supply it, they will go somewhere else to get it.

You are the only person who can make you happy. That does not mean you won’t have relationships that make you happy, but it does mean you can’t make someone make you happy. Take charge of your happiness, walk away and allow happiness to come in by being happy; by feeling good. Happy vibrations attract happy vibrations; they can not attract anything else.

Know this, remember this and you will never feel the effects of drama again. It's not the drama causing the distress. The only thing that causes distress in any situation is our reaction. Before you get upset, before you defriend, and especially before you comment, ask yourself do I want this vibration in my life? If you react, you attract that vibration into your life. You will react which will cause them to react and so begins the drama.

Wayne Dyer says, “You can not control your reputation, only your character.”

You can not, no matter what you do control opinions of you. You can be the nicest, friendliest, most giving person in the world and someone will not like you, will be jealous or think you are fake. The one thing you can control is your character.

You don't need to tell everyone you’re a good mom. You need to be the best mom you can and even then some people might think you’re a bad mom. If it bothers you, if you react, then, you create the drama, not the person who gossips. Do you make sure everyone knows how they are? How many hours a day do you waste on them, think about and talk about them? You could be laughing, you could be dancing, instead you are mad. That’s the drama!! Not what they said, not what she did, not what he thinks, but you how you reacted and what you did.

Don't react to it. Don't talk about it. Don't defend yourself. Drama dies when you let it, not when you've told the world your side. Don't waste your fun time. Don't bring it with you to the party. Let the people who lie, steal, stab you in the back and cheat - fall away and be done, don't cut them and tell everyone why you cut them, because then they are still stealing your time, still ruining your party.

Instead, you could choose a different vibration, by not taking offense, making yourself happy and surrounding yourself with people who make you feel good. And then, you will set off a vibration you enjoy.

Did they stand you up, not text back, ignore you? It’s not about you, it’s about them and what they are going through. Stop taking it personally. Stop taking offense to everything everyone else does. Remember it’s about them, not you. Did they steal YOUR car? It wasn’t a personal attack on you, it was the just easiest car to steal. Let those vibrations go, I guarantee, your life will be drama free.
